Delivery Time:
  • Standard shipping will take 1-3 business days to Metro areas within QLD and 2-5 business days to regional areas within QLD. Interstate orders to Metro areas will up to 3-6 business days and Regional interstate areas will take 3-10 business days.
  • Express shipping is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas - Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
Processing Time:
  • If your order is placed before 1pm AEST on a weekday, your order will be sent out to you the same day.
  • For orders placed over the weekend, your order will be sent out to you Monday afternoon.
  • For orders placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be sent out to you in the afternoon of the next business day.

  • Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit.

    - The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
    - All tags are still attached.
    - Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date.
  • Once your return has been delivered at our Warehouse, your return request will be processed promptly.
  • Once we receive your item, we will refund you or issue store credit; please allow for up to 7 business days for the payment to appear back in your account.
  • Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout are eligible for a store credit only.
  • For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty.
