Delivery Time:
- Standard shipping will take 1-3 business days to Metro areas within QLD and 2-5 business days to regional areas within QLD. Interstate orders to Metro areas will up to 3-6 business days and Regional interstate areas will take 3-10 business days.
- Express shipping is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas - Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
Processing Time:
- If your order is placed before 1pm AEST on a weekday, your order will be sent out to you the same day.
- For orders placed over the weekend, your order will be sent out to you Monday afternoon.
- For orders placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be sent out to you in the afternoon of the next business day.

Delivery Time:

Refunds
At DS Collezioni, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and fit.
FULL PRICED ITEMS (DOMESTIC ONLY)
- Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit.
- Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
- The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
- All tags are still attached.
- Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. - Once your return has been delivered at our Warehouse, your return request will be processed promptly.
- Once we receive your item, we will refund you or issue store credit; please allow for up to 7 business days for the payment to appear back in your account.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND SALE ITEMS (DOMESTIC ONLY)
- Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout are eligible for a store credit only.
- For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty.
COST OF RETURN (DOMESTIC ONLY)
- When returning an item, any shipping charges will be your responsibility.
- Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
- Please send all returned items back to our warehouse, for delivery and address please contact orders@dscollezioni.com.
EXCHANGES (DOMESTIC ONLY)
- Please note that we offer exchanges for items in different sizes or colours only.
- To exchange your item, please email our team at orders@dscollezioni.com and let us know what size/colour you would like to exchange for. We will do our best to facilitate all exchange requests.
- If we do not have your desired item, we will kindly assist with a refund or credit note.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We only offer store credit on all international full priced or sale items.
- Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your store credit will be issued. Please allow up to 10 business days this to be processed.
